Program

The Rotary District 1840 invites young people to participate in an international summer camp to meet other youngsters from different countries and to get known land, life and people in South Bavaria.During two weeks the camp members stay in Rotarian families to get an impression of German family and live. The hosting clubs are organizing a daily guided program of visits and other activities to give an impression of Bavaria.

Age

 17 - 19 years old.
Participants 1 youngster per country.
One boy or one girl.
Period

26/7 - 9/8/2008.

ARRIVAL : 26/7 Munich Airport, meeting point "Cafe Meeting Point"
(Basement of the "Central area Z" between Module B and C) or at the train station of the inviting Rotary Club.

DEPARTURE : 9/8/2008.
Language English.
Hosting Clubs Pfaffenhofen/Ilm.
Clothing Casual clothes plus a formal dress for the dinner parties.
Additional information The parents are requested to certify that the applicant is in good health,that he/she is allowed to swim (pre-requisite for participation) and that they agree to medical care if necessity arises.
All participants need a school pupils'pass and they need to know how to ride a bike.
Insurance Every participant has to invest in a Health and Hospital Insurance.
Registration As soon as possible since it going to be on first come first serve

De aankondiging wordt geleverd door de organisator. Rotary Belux Services wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af ten aanzien van hun inhoud en eventuele fouten die zij zouden kunnen bevatten.
