Be able to swim and cycle in good condition.

Train and bus : Try to go to Rotterdam Central station and leave from Groningen train station.

Return journey : departure is possible from train station Gronigen to Utrecht Central.

Journey to and from camp as well as insurance to be paid by participant.

Participants must be insured against illness, accident and third party damages according to Rotary International Requirements.
