We invite both physically disabled and able-bodied delegates.It is preferred that two persons, one of each category, participate as one unit.

Rotary Norway and Oslo Nord Rotary Club

The arranging committee will meet the participants at Oslo Airport Gardermoen, or at the local railway station Gardermoen, for further transport to the camp.

Norway rotary covers the stay at Haraldvangen, and all the activities there. Pocket money is not included. Travel expenses between the home of the participants and Gaerdermoen airport are to be paid by the participants, by a sponsoring Rotary Club, or other sponsors.

Participants must be insured against illness, accident and third party damages and all other risks according to Rotary International

The date of receipt determines admission.
