Let's Linz 2008 Austria : International Rotaract summer friendship week
 


Participants Limited to 20 young people aged 18 to 30 years old with sponsorship of a Rotaract Club.
Program Enjoy the 2009 European Capital of Culture "Linz" at the River Danube site.
Explore Austria's alpine lakes and visit a unique salt pit
Attend a workshop dedicated to Global Energy and visit Austria's biggest steel mill, voestalpine
Try typically Austrian culinary specialities
Get to know Austria's impressive history and culture
Hang out and party with your new mates
Visit the 21st International Festival of Street Art "Pflasterspektakel"

Departure : Sunday 20th of july
Accomodation and food You will be accomodated in two bedroom suites.Breakfast and a warm meal per day are included.
Cost Our "Let's Linz 08 " package includes
Accomodation in two bedroom suite
At least two meals per day (breakfast and either lunch or dinner)
Drinks for breakfast,at welcome party and good-bye party
Entry fees, Transport

Not included : transfer/flight to Linz/Austria,drinks, personal spending (Just to give an idea, a big mac costs about 3 Euros).

Application and Prepayment by January 31st : 200 EUR
March 31st : 250 EUR
May 31st : 300 EUR
Application

Prepayment is necessary within 14 days after preconfirmation of reservation, otherwise your application expires.
Insurance Each participant MUST be fully insured against accident, sickness and civil claims.
Equipment Subject to your own discretion, but we suggest bathing suit and towel, good footwear, rain coat, casual wear and maybe a blazer. Please bring a banner of your Rotaract Club, a flag of your country and a typical drink of your country.
You will get a CD with photos on the last day.
